In May of 2020, The American Basketball Association (ABA) announced its intention to partner with a newly incorporated entity, The ABA Sports Realty Group. Since that time, the ABA Sports Realty Group (also known as ASRG) has adopted the mission of providing venues for the 100+ ABA teams that are active or have reserved markets across the country. ABA CEO Joe Newman stated, “This is truly one of the most ambitious visions we’ve ever undertaken".
Despite being part of the largest professional sports league in the US, ABA teams do not have their own venues but rather rely on colleges, universities and high schools to play their games. ASRG will begin constructing 2500 seat sports and entertainment venues that will not only be available for ABA home games but also for other sports and entertainment attractions including concerts, boxing, wrestling as well as youth, high school, and college activities.
Our goal is to increase the ABA’s footprint in the visible professional sports market. With the unpredictable nature of the world, we understand that using venues that you don’t control has the potential to carry unforeseen liabilities. With health being the number one topic (as it should be) on everyone’s mind, sanitization and cleanliness will be front and center as we introduce these venues into communities across the world.
The venues will feature Carbon Compliance Material
- Cost Surety
- Durability Repeatable structure and design

- Bright Playing Environment
- Significantly reduced operating costs
- State of the art HEPA/UV filtration system
